1995 gmc pick up wont crank have all interior power. Half of the fuses light when a tester is put on them but the others dont, not the fuses, panel perhaps, but would the nuetral starter swich cause this and can it be tested and how does it come out

You have to be sure the battery has a full charge and battery connections are clean and tight. Some fuses are hot all the time. Some go hot when you turn on the key.

The purple wire at the starter solenoid S terminal, should be hot with key in the crank position. If it isn't backtrack the circuit. It could be the neutral switch among other things? If the purple wire is hot, the problem isn't the neutral switch.
