Why wont my car start?

I was driving and it just stalled. I tried pop starting it but it would just roll and not even try and start. There is power to the horn hazzards head lights and dome light but not to any dash lights or my radio or 12v plug. Nothing happens when I turn the key no lights sounds or power.
