while changing the radiator on a 1995 taurus a wire broke off in a plug that has 3 wires in it from the IRC harness 1 large black with a green stripe, 1 medium black, & 1small black w green stripe. the __SMALL WIRE BROKE__. It then has 2 wires from the plug to the body ground
? What does this wire do?
How can i fix the problem?
Engine cranks but wont start, & the IRC makes a buzzing sound HHHELP
