I know it is terrible news to see coolant leak form the seams of the oil pan cover. However I was dumfounded by the lack of evidence of coolant contamination in the motor oil when I inspected. I initially think that was the end of that engine, but I do feel a slight margin of hope that the coolant never contacted the oil and a rescue is possible. Can you help me on this subject?

Are you sure the coolant isnt dripping down or blowing back on engine/ have you actually pressure tested system to identify where leak is coming from or did you just spot it on the pan?

If it was coming out of the oil pan you would seeit in your oil when you pull out the dip stick. Its coming from somewhere else. Maybe intake or head
