I have a 95 f150 that shakes at about 70mph but recently starting shaking severely at 40-45mph. Almost feels like the front end will fall off. Can you tell me what could be causing this?

The only way to tell is to have the wheel alignment/suspension/tires checked out-

Thank you for your response rasmataz. I was told by a tire salesman to get my suspension checked before replacing the tires. I am a little worried about taking the car in because of the cost and my ignorance. I don't want to pay for something expensive if it's a minor problem. Just worried I'd get raked over the coals. Do you know of anyone in the SA area that will give a free estimate who is honest and reliable?
