how hard is it to swap 95 302 with a 94 351

I have a 95 ford f150 with a 302 FI in it i want to swap it out and put in a 351 FI out of a 94 f250. I need to know if the computers are different and what all i need to use from each motor. I have a good mechanic doing it but he doesnt know about the computer. How easy is it? Thank you
