Heater/window defroster not working
I have a 1995 Ford Escort Wagon. The heater and front window defroster are not working. The air conditioner is working fine, but when I switch to defrost there does not seem to be any air coming out of the defroster vents even though I can hear the blower. Also when I turn on the heat it does not warm up much, but the blower is working. What do you think is wrong?

Check under the dash for vacuum leaks to the vent door actuators. The vent doors change direction with vacuum from the engine. If there is a leak, they won't change the direction of the air flow.
