how are the internal lights disabled on a ford crown vic interceptor

maybe from the door switches, the gem module settings from the dealer, or the bulbs removed.

Sorry, I see it is a 95. What interior lights are affected? Look to see if fuse 8 is blown. That controls some of the interior lights.
