i replaced my starter and my timing chain and my fan assembly in my car but it still makes the click click noise when trying to start it could that be a fuseable link problem or a fuse? Need my car , my son has appointments for brain surgery in San Francisco

The more common problem is the wire strands of the cable at the starter corroded away under the insulation where you can't see it easily. You'd find that by measuring the voltage at the starter terminals while a helper holds the ignition switch in the "crank" position.
