My turn signal is not working correctly and I have replaced the bulbs but now dont know what to do.

I've replaced the bulbs front and back and that did not do anything. I am trying to figure out what fuse to replace but i am not 100% sure which one.

The fuse panel the turn signal fuse is in is to the left of the steering column. See the attached image, the circled fuse is the turn signal fuse.
