long crank, then flooded. Also, sometimes runs rich while at the same time kicking out of overdrive (any weather). I have a 1995 dodge b3500, 5.9. It had been starting good in warm weather. I haven't driven it for a few weeks. It turned cold and I have been driving it for the last few days. It is not starting good...I have to crank the engine a long time. When it does finally start it is flooded. Once it warms up it runs okay...usually. ...Sometimes it will start running poorly (rich) while at the same time electronically kicking out of overdrive. This problem occurs in any weather situation. New plugs, wires, air filter, coil pack, and I believe fairly new distributor cap and rotor. Any suggestions?
