Dodge Ram Transmission Problem
I have a 96 dodge ram 3/5 ton truck it is 360 4x4 auto I have another one 96 1/2 ton 4x4 318 can I switch the trannys the 360 transmission went ouy can I put the 1/2 ton in it?

i would not as it is not as durable for the 3/4 ton truck.
i would have your re done. remove it and take to a trans shop and have them go through it.
