wont start, changed the starter but it still wont start, no noise, no dash lights (seat belt etc), no radio. dome light works and does not dim when turning the key.

check battery for condition then ccheck yoru fuse and relay in poer dist box undrhood and check fusible link off of starter for being blown if is then replace that they are availabe at auto parts stores.
