My 95 intrepid won't start. I've replaced the battery and the coil pack. The plugs aren't getting spark and I don't smell gas after pumping the pedal???

First you need to determine if the automatic shutdown (ASD) relay is turning on. If it's not, you won't have spark, fuel injectors, or fuel pressure.

The easiest way to see if that relay is turning on is to measure the voltage on the dark green / orange wire at the coil pack or any injector. You will see 12 volts there for one second after turning on the ignition switch. You must see if that 12 volts comes back during cranking.
