Hello. My '95 Dakota with a V6 3.9L engine is stuck in overdrive. The light for overdrive is constantly on and when I press the button the light remains on and the truck remains in overdrive. When in overdrive, the truck does not change gears after 50 mph. I'm not sure if this is a bigger issue within the transmission (which is automatic), or if this is an easier fix. Either way I definently need to fix this because it is killing my mpg's and preventing the truck from traveling at higher speeds. Any answer is much appreciated!
