Dodge Dakota Fuse Problem

Changed water pump when connecting negative cable on battery helper got a shock while putting clamp on radiator hose under coil, when i tried to start truck it turned over but wouldnt start, checked coil its not sparking, had it checked it works, checked fuses all good , checked cables under fuse box all good , what else could it be crank position sensor ? can you help any suggestions?.

how did you check the coil???

check all fuses

did you hook up the alt???

start with fuses

took coil to auto zone checked there said it was good, i did check all fuses , alternator was never disconnected, could it be the timing belt
