Dodge Caravan Sensor Problem
Van starts rough on cold days and acts like it is overloading. Then after awhile it will even off and idle without killing off. Has started to take more cranking to start. Replaced the oxygen sensor and a connector piece on a vacuum line.

How long since overall tune-up? Check for applicable mil codes. You should be able to check mil codes, yourself? Clean the idle air system, see if it helps.
