1995 Dodge Caravan Repair Question

Dodge Caravan Battery Problem
Tried to start with a low battery and seems to have blown a main power fuse because now when jump starting no power at all. no lights etc. The fuses look good. Is there a fusible link somewhere for the battery?

Follow the smaller red positive battery wire to the under-hood fuse box. Be sure the nut is tight. Also follow the smaller black negative wire to where it's bolted to the body and be sure it's tight.
