Minivan vibrates

The vibration is strong and felt in the seat and intensifies on acceration. It dissappears when the transaxel is placed in neutral. The engine will rev smoothly while in neutral. What is the cause and how can I repair it? Paul

It could be a tranaxle or motor mount, or the carrier bearings insde the differential(where the axles plug in). Replacement of parts is needed.
