Dodge Caravan Engine Problem
I changed fuel pump and filter twice, it only last a couple months and wont stay running again! what do i do next?

Find the correct problem starting with taking a fuel pressure reading with an accurate gauge. A fuel filter will never be the sole cause of an engine that won't run on a return type fuel system.

I misread your question the first time. I thought you only changed the filter but you still need to read the pressure.
