1995 Dodge 3500 van cranks but won't start

Totally stumped on this. Replaced the fuel pump and not getting fuel to the engine at all. I don't know where the fuel relay is to check it either. Could someone please help me

Sorry, forgot to say. Van kept dying and blowing the ASD fuse under the hood and then just wouldn't start anymore but will crank.

You have to find the short for the asd if it keeps blowing the fuse, that is why it won't start. Asd=automatic shut down
