The heater doesn't work

The heater doesn't work. I'm thinking air at the top (HEATER COIL) I did drain the block How should I get the air out? Thank you.

WITH IT FULL OF RADIATOR JUICE

THAT MEANS FILL IT---RUN IT TILL IT REACHES OPERATING TEMP---THERMOSTAT OPENSRADIATOR LEVEL DROPS----FILL IT AGAIN, TILL IT'S FULL

YOU MAY HAVE DONE THAT

HERE'S WHAT I WANNA KNOW

NOW THAT IT'S RUNNING AT OPERATING TEMPERATURE. LIKE FOR 10 MINUTES

FEEL THE HEATER HOSES AT THE FIREWALL, JUST BEFORE THEY CONNECT TO THE HEATER COREHOW HOT ARE THOSE PUPPIES?
