Beginning about 3 weeks ago, the power windows started to not work sporatically, that sorted itself out, then the interior lights started not going out, now the horn constantly blows, there is a clicking noise like a turn signal (no turn signal blinking tho'), key fob's do not unlock doors or trunk, and car will turn but not stay started (dies immediately). Any ideas or where I should start?

This sounds like maybe loose or corroded battery cables, or possibly a faulty battery. The first thing I would do is have the battery and alternator tested. Be sure to have them "load tested". Most auto parts stores will do this, but if you have a shop that you go to you should take it there.
You can also check it with a voltmeter if you have one. I can tell you how if you want to try it yourself.
