Chevrolet Silverado Brake lights Problem
1995 chevy silverado brake lights work fine until parking lights are on, then niether one works

check the sockets and grounds in the rear lights

When checking the brake lights and parking light not on, with a voltmeter at the rear connectors, on the drivers side I have 9V on one and 11V on another terminal. On the passengers side I have 12V on one terminal.

socket connectors may be corroded.
check the volts behind the socket in the harness

Turned out to be a bad ground connector. Thank you for your advice.
