Won't start, if I wait an hour or two it will start.
Of I turn it off, won't start. It goes on like that.
I can hear relays clicking but no juice.

When the problem is ongoing, does the starter crank? If so, have a helper crank it, while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure.

What is litre size of engine?
