Truck had front end damage few years back we found out repair shop put used lower control arm and shock which was prior 1981. We reinstall correct arm shock and all bushing. Tire still 1/2 inch to far to the rear but no longer hits frame or fender well. The truck no longer leans to drivers side as it did before. Has any ony had this problem with wheel shifted to the rear we could find no frame damages. Its driving me nuts any ideas?

A few years ago? All this time before noticing this? Wow

anyway, you have something bent in the system in the front.

Could be a spindle, or more important, the frame may be bent pushing back the knee. Did you have a frame shop check this?
