I have a 1995 chevy cavelier. 2.2 engine.I had a new starter, alternator. Spark plugs coil pack & a coil module put on. The problem is. It's not getting fire from somewhere. The car turns on but will not turn over. Kinda makes you think of how cars sound when they are flooded. ( It's wasn't flooded ). Could you please help me out. Also the spark plug tester showed 1 spark plug area not producing any sparks.
thank you

Engine cranking, if no spark anywhere, check primary voltage and ground at the ignition module connector. The pink wire is voltage, black is ground, unplug the connector turn the key on, shouldn't have to crank, use a digital multimeter between terminals for pink and black wire. Should show battery voltage.

Are you fully obd1 compliant, if so, check for mil codes. Also, use a noid lite and check injector pulse, engine cranking.
