How to replace a head gasket

My 1995 z28 with about 116,000 mi is losing antifreeze and white smoke is coming from the exhaust the oil is milky colored and when I drained the oil I got about 12 quarts of oil mixed with antifreeze so I am assuming it is the head gasket because after I changed the oil the car started and ran fine except for the white smoke from the exhaust any help would be appreciated thanks

You sure its not an intake manifold leak? if not you need to remove the intake and exhaust manifolds, valve covers, serpentine belt, rocker arms and push rods than cylinder heads-
