1995 Chevrolet Camaro Repair Question

Chevrolet Camaro Muffler Problem
I am looking to buy a 95 Z28 Lt1 Camaro. Guy says it needs a muffler/exhaust and the head lining. I need to know if the muffler/exhaust can just be the basic that fits the 95 Z28 or if it has to be for the Lt1? It has tube headers also, I don't know if that matters. Sorry.. lol Also, is the head lining a pain to replace?

put any thing u want on it just dont forget about the cat an o2 sensor suggest flowmaster muffler 3inch pipe if you like the attension ,[rev it up man] for me head linners can be a pain to install
