I have a 1995 Chevy Blazer, I was driving it one day and it died, would not start back up, I was told it was the fuel pump so I replaced the fuel pump and it still won't run. I was told after that it was probably the fuel pressure regulator, I checked my spark plugs and they were kinda black and were wet from gas,I guess from where I had previously tried to start it. How do I tell if the fuel pressure regulator is bad? How will I know if that will fix it? Any other ideas?
