MY CAR SEEMS TO BE IDLING TOO HIGH (EVEN WHILE DRIVING) AND WANTS TO QUIT ON ME AS I AM DRIVING.

1995 Chevrolet Beretta • 698,485 miles

It's idling too high, it doesn't want to start correctly, I replaced the fuel pump and the crank shaft sensor that helped a little bit but the problem is still there. I am getting tired of gambling for the correct fix, I want a straight shot answer so I know where to begin. If it's a possibility of 2 problems or more plz tell me.

Check the IACV and look for a vacuum leak
