how to change fan on 1995 chevy astro

Are you talking about the radiator fan? Hvac blower motor?

Remove the radiator fan shroud.
Unfasten the unit from the water pump, then remove the assembly from vehicle.
Separate fan from fan clutch.
Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
