1995 Chevrolet Astro Repair Question

Car won't start
A 95 astro van it cranks overbut want start the headlights don't com on the horn want blow have changed the fuel pump it doesn't com on either have changed relays but still want start uptrying to figure it out!!!

Have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. Any applicable trouble codes? Engine cranking, check voltage and ground for fuel pump motor.
