How to i test the windshield wiper motor for a 95 cadillac eldorado

make sure the fuse is good first. then probe the wires with atest light. the switch is the ground for the wiper motor to work. If your intermittent wipers are inoperative there is a small circuit board under th plastic cover that is easily changed.
