1995 Buick Regal starter

Is it craking over and will not start or just won't crank at all/nothing when you turn key to cranking position?

It's on the lower left of the engine which would be the front of the car where the transmission meets the engine. Don't be too quick to condemn the starter without any testing. You can try applying power to the "S" terminal of the starter to see if it starts that way.

The starter is located at the bottom of the engine at the back between the engine and transmission/transaxle. It'll have a fat red cable connected to it, among others.
