Buick Other Engine Problem
Engine does not warm up at idle.
2.2L engine does not warm up at idle rpm, 165 F. engine warms up at 1500 plus rpm, 195-215 F. can watch temp fluctuate as thermostat opens. car runs good. car runs good has heat at highway speed.
replaced thermostat with oem gm. coolant system bled of air. heats ok in cabin. temp drop across heater core 10-15 F.
no service lights on.

You might want to replace the thermostat as it sounds like it is failing at the different temperatures. It should stay closed until it reaches operating temperature.
