1995 Buick Lesabre Start Car Runs 1 2 Seconds Dies Other Times Will Stay

I can start the car, it runs for 1 or 2 seconds and dies. Other times it will stay running, and then it does the same thing again. I changed the fuel filter. Whats my problem
