What tools are needed and how to you remove the spark plugs? I removed one wire, and had a 5/8" socket on an extension but could not get plug to loosen. After inspection with a flashlight, I realized the hexagon portion of the spark plug was covered by a piece of metal with just the top of the plug showing. How do I get access to the whole plug?
