Why won't my 1994 Toyota corolla start after washing engine bay.

I washed/degreased my engine, yesterday and after I finished, it started up fine. 4 hrs later it doesn't want to start. I blew everything dry with compressed air. Still doesn't start. No spark from spark plugs. Dried everything, dist.cap, rotor, spark plugs, wires, checked fuses. the car still doesn't start. What else can it be. This car has always started fine,before this.
