1994 Toyota Celica Curren Immobiliser Start Car Power Listen Radio Lights On

I have a 1994 Toyota Curren with a immobiliser. When I go to start the car I have power (can listen to radio and have lights on dash) but the car wont start. What could be wrong with it?
