1994 Toyota Camry That Times Does Want Start Happens Turn Key Way Through

I have a toyota camry that at times does not want to start. What happens is when I turn the key it goes all the way through without a sound, does not even make an attempt to turn on, and straight to the electricity. But once it is running, its running as smooth as ever. This problem happens every once and while when ever the car feels like, sort of speak. After a couple mins, and several attempts, the car will run again. Although recently, it takes longer and longer for it to start back up. Any help will be appreciated.
