steering is loose above 50 mph tires are good and balanced tie rods are tight..im thinking rack and pinion are a front bearing

Look like you need to change steering oil drain out for now. Because power steer over a lot miles, need to pump oil out from steering oil. Refresh new oil power steering . That make rank and pinion's bearing smooth ...
