Has po770 shift code. engine light on
car drives fine. but change tranny fluid look for meta,tl looked ok no loose wires did not do electrical test on solenoids.
need to smog
erase code ok,
start car do not move car into gear, turn car off
but when turn key back on code comes back did not even put car in gear????
drove after tranny fluid (past 60 mph tranny shifts fine) changed and disconnected battery to erase code but code continues to be there

erasing codes does nothing. the problem is there and will stay there till it is diaged, failure determined, repaired. then the light will go out on its own

po770???? there is no obd 2 connection in 94, verify year
