Smelling radiator fluid after 20 min of drive time. Radiator was replaced less than a year ago. Looks to be a liquid residue under one end of the radiator. At one point though, it smells kind of like burnt rubber as well. The timing belt looks fine and doesn't seem to be rubbing on anything.

It's a 1994 Toyota Camry - not a 4Runner.

Is the coolant depleting?
Have you checked the level in radiator?

I've checked the coolant tank and it seems to be full - doesn't seem to be going down at all.

Coolant tank not depeleting could be due to a fault with the radiator cap or a leak in the return hose circuit.

When engine is cold, check the coolant level in radiator by removing the radiator cap, that is more critical.
