I was eold that themy radiator means I have a blown head gasket water blowing out of my radiator means I have a blown head gasket is this true

How hard is it to do myself or is there a leak fix that would fix the gasket if it is that

That is the sign. I take it it is losing water and overheating? Does it run smoothly/at all? Wet spark plug(s) should confirm. Check on internet forum for repair instructions to see how it's done and whether you think you should tackle it yourself?

Yes until it gets hot then it sputter when you take off and the valve covers started to leak when it got real hot

You could try to overtorque the head bolts and add some kind of head gasket sealer? When you say valve cover leaks, what does it leak? Oil?
