94 grand prix se 3.1 idles weird and the RPMs bounce between 0-1 then sometimes stalls out.

I replaced the fuel filter after running out of gas also the battery and alternator. but none have fixed the problem. i put in fuel injector cleaner along with a full tank and still no fix. the RPMs still bounce and occasionally stalls out.

Check the idle control system. Get the throttle body and IAC cleaned and retest.

When the battery is disconnected, the computer needs to relearn and with a dirty throttle body and IAC, the relearning process is affected causing erratic idling.
