The starter and battery are good, the engine will barely move but will not turn over. Please help! Thanks james67

Pull the spark plugs and accessory belt/s. Then see if it will crank?

Use a digital multimeter across battery posts, key in the crank position, what is the reading? Do this test before you pull the spark plugs. Let us know.
