I have a 94 firebird formula LT1. I just put a new fuel pump in and a schrader valve due to the old one was leaking. It now takes about 6 seconds of cranking to finally turn over, and you can tell that its struggling when its trying to start. once it is started, it runs rich and idles at about 1500 rpms. It has about 40 psi when on, and 37 psi at idle. Could it be a regulator? any help would be awesome. thanks.
