Car stalls out after starting sometimes, and idols to high sometimes, and then sometimes it runs fine

What would cause a 94 bonneville to stall after started and idol to high?

Clean out the idle air control valve and see what happens

The IACV is on the throttle body-looks similar like below

Hi we cleaned that valve and it ran fine for 3 days and it stalled out again. Does it need replaced? Or can it be something else? When it stalls it starts right back up. And it don't do it all the time. Thanks

It ran good for 3-days try replacing it, its only been in there for 18yrs

See if your car has any recalls... Bonneville has a bad Fuel pressure regualtors that are being recalled and that could be your problem. Since it is a recall they will fix for free. call pontiac and have your VIN # handy...last 8 letters and #'s.
