1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ve Got 94 Outlass Supreme Sl Third Brake Light

I've got a 94 Oldsmobile outlass supreme sl. Problem is third brake light works but rear brake lights do not. Hazards work as well as turn signals. Chased wires best as could but am at loss. Any thoughts?

Usually the lower brake lites are wired through the turn signal switch. The highount brake lamp isnt wired that way. The lower brake lites and turn signals may use the same bulb filiment, just not at the same time.

Id have to double check your wiring.

In the diagram, the dark green wire is voltage for right side brake lamps. You could find the green wire coming out of the steering column, under the dash, see if voltage on that wire with brakes applied. If no voltage, I suspect the multifunction switch.
